Theperception Power Amplifiers are available in stereo or mono block forms. Designed from concept they delight by delivering 150W (RMS 8 ohms) of controlled power. The perception Pre-Amplifier is available as a single case or twin case system. The single case version offers advanced remote control, designed to partner the exceptional aesthetics and specification of the Power Amplifier. The twin case system separates out the power supply for even more refinement.

The perception Phono Stage is often severely underestimated in the contribution it makes to producing a good sound. The way in which your amplifier handles the extremely low signal levels (thousandths of a Volt) from the cartridge is critical - information is more easily lost or distorted at this stage than later on in the signal path. Information lost can never be regained and any distortions and colorations are amplified thousands of times.

Released to great acclaim, subsequent requests for a phono stage that could remain accurately on the RIAA curve down to 10-12Hz. This request was unusual at the time and a sample unit was duly created and tested on the bench. Uncertain of what such properties would do to the sound, it was taken away for audition in a properly configured system.
That was the instant The perception Phono Stage SA became a reality. The extended frequency response has little to do with bass extension, although there may be some on a handful of records.
